‘Site Specific’ Group Show – Orangery, Clapham, London

Cast concrete and pink pigment – 80 x 45 x 3 cm panels

The work listed the architectural features and orders present in the building, on pink cast concrete pavers. Once an orangery of a grand estate, the facade still exists now, behind a fence wedged between buildings in a large council housing estate. To enter the structure, the viewer steps onto the concrete panels, a reference to our shared and continuing classical inheritance.
